Want to change the Shipping Address?
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can’t alter the shipping address anymore.
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all orders within 24- 48 business hours,(unless otherwise noted on the individual product page or order confirmation email).
In-transit shipping times will vary depending on where you live. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 7-10 business days.
International shipping times will vary depending on the country. Please keep in mind that for international orders, there may be additional taxes and duties to pay upon arrival of the shipment to your country.
Please note that Some items purchased in the same order might be sent out separately due to logistical reasons. This means that your order might arrive in separate packages.
Are the Packages Lost, or Missing?
Please be mindful when entering your address, as we are not responsible for any lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

How Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order by (WhatsApp) messaging us on +91 8382823298 or email us at- info@glocalrugs.com Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched or is not under the production process.
Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated, and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment or otherwise agreed upon.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the entire order and are different for domestic and international shipping.In the event of delivery failure due to an error on the part of the customer (wrong name, wrong address, wrong contact number, etc.), the additional cost of re-delivery must be claimed by the ordering user.
Customs Duty & Tax & Delivery Charges
You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed by customs or on the importation of goods into your country. Glocalrugs does not pay any duties or taxes on international shipments.You are also responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred if you change your shipping address after we have shipped your package.
